Southwest partners with E-Miles

I received an email from Southwest this morning stating that they have partnered with e-Miles to provide their customers additional ways to earn Rapid Rewards Bonus Points. For those of you unfamiliar with e-Miles (here is my e-Miles review). I absolutely love Southwest as I fly with them on a regular basis for my consulting gig. Even though I am a member of the rewards program for all the airlines I have travelled in, Southwest is by far my favorite. Southwest Rapid Rewards allow you to convert reward points into Amazon gift cards, which is what I used to purchase all mine presents last Christmas!
Right now if you sign up for e-Miles you will receive 250 Rapid Rewards Bonus Points and a chance to win 100,000 bonus points when you enroll by June 15, 2012! Even if you don’t like to read marketing ads, I would suggest at least sign up to get the 250 Rapid Rewards Points!

I signed up, activated & have done quite a few of the offers. The email & Southwest’s site says your e-miles points “can be redeemed” for Rapid Rewards points. I can’t find anything that says if it’s a 1 to 1 redemption or otherwise. Do you know?
