Boom and Bust Map

I saw this map in a WSJ article. Apparently the housing issues impacts a handful of states a lot more than others. Unfortunately I live in the California, which is one of states with housing woes. Although I am quite surprised that Texas is considered Modest/no boom, no bust as there are quite a number of expensive neighborhoods in Texas area.

Mega Swagbucks Friday
It is Mega Swagbucks Friday again! I just won 50 Swagbucks (~ 50 cents). Once again, it won’t make me rich but it definitely brighten the day! (Especially after my NCAA brackets got totally butchered).
Paris 26 Gigapixels
Ever since a kid I have a love of for the city of Paris. It might have started when I watched different movies with Paris as the back drop and it only grows even more as I took French classes during my teenage years.
As I grow older, with my life in shambles, the only thing that hasn’t change is the love for a city that started when I was a young age. I had the luxury of visiting Paris last summer for the first time and I simply loved it. The air was filled with history as people stride casually throughout the city. Apparently I am not the only person that likes Paris. Check out this photo site build for Paris. I was simply blown away.
Phase of the day
In addition to saving as much of my income possible through frugal means, I enjoy reading financial articles and blogs. Financial blogs often provide me with a better perspective on how to manage my money and how not to spend my money. I saw this comment today from one of the blogs and it just brought a smile to my face:
Dude, I found a penny and a nickle in my blue jeans. It was a sign! Now, fully equipped with my new “Six Cents”, I see Debt people. ‘they’re everywhere. It’s freaking me out.
Sarcastic yet so true. No wonder House is my favorite show.

There are some days where I wonder what has the world become and today it is definitely one of those days. I have heard of people breaking up by phone, email, and text message but I never thought I would see the day in which a site is created to dump others for you. Apparently a site is created called idump4u.com that charges:
