Wii to drop price to $200 on September 27th

There has been a lot of retail ads that shows a price cut by Wii in the last few weeks. Today is the first time I see an actual date associated with the price cut. I saw the news on GoNinendo regarding the price cut coming out next Sunday. I don’t any reason to doubt them so for those of you who is looking for a Wii price cut, we might get one by next Sunday!

I think they only dropped the price because xbox and playstation did too. But it’s so worth the money for the Wii system. I love our Wii. Now I just have to get some more games for it.

Hi Stacie, you are quite correct. I believe this is a reaction to the price drop by the other consoles.
