Free $1 for downloading Officer Roseland’s new album

Author Officer Roseland is currently offering $1 to individuals (paid by paypal) for downloading their latest album called “Stimulus Package”.
I have never heard of Officer Roseland, but I will consider downloading their album. From a marketing perspective, this is a good strategy as they can create a threshold in which they stop paying individuals for their download. At that time, the news will have gone viral.
