Author Toll Brother announced today they are offering 3.99% interest on mortgages
Qualifications:• FICO credit score of 720 or higher;
• Down payment of 20% (with no PMI)
• Mortgages of $417,000 or less.
Together with the $7500 Obama is planning on offering to first time home buyers, it is an attractive time for first time buyers looking for a place.
